What to expect

• What you'll get: a code to verify your number, then operational alerts only, when your receptionist takes a call, takes a message, or books an appointment, a heads-up when it is putting a live caller through to you, and notices about your account. No marketing.
• Messages we send to your callers, as you: when somebody rings your business, your receptionist may text them a confirmation of an appointment with a calendar invite, a link to book if you use your own booking page, confirmation that their message reached you, a reminder you asked us to send, a notice if an appointment moves or is cancelled, or something they asked for during the call such as an address or a quote. These go to the number they called from or gave on the call, are signed with your business name, and are never marketing.
• How often: message frequency varies, based on your account activity.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out anytime: reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help.
