This is a short, plain-language summary of the terms for using Cadrey. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to follow the rules below.
You’re responsible for what happens in your workspace, for keeping your sign-in secure, and for making sure the messages your team sends follow the laws that apply to you, including the rules for calls and texts.
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. After that you are billed monthly at the price shown when you chose your plan. Answered minutes beyond the amount your plan includes are billed per minute at the rate shown, never past the monthly cap you set. There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts, you can change or cancel at any time, and your phone number is yours to take with you.
Your receptionist tells callers it is a virtual AI assistant. That is part of the service and cannot be switched off. Several places require it, including California and the European Union, and it is what we describe the product as. If you record calls it also says so before the conversation starts; turning recording off removes both the recording and the notice.
Your data is yours. Our software is ours. Don’t misuse the service or try to break it. We may suspend accounts that do.
